As the former CEO of HS International, a successful Denver-based mining recruitment firm, she and her team placed technical, corporate, and leadership talent, including the C-Suite globally. In 2014, her company was acquired. As a Senior Sourcer for Northrop Grumman, a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company, she acquired new skills working directly on their talent acquisition team. Most recently, she consults at Brooks & Nelson, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the mining sector.
