Entrepreneur and Experiential Training Pioneer Tim Salmans discusses his hard-earned insights in his new book Inner Wisdom, Outer Impact and Leading Your Life from the Inside Out. With nearly three decades of experience helping corporate leaders, medical professionals, and others develop interpersonal and leadership skills, his approach to self-growth is not only inspirational but practical. Salmans believes that doing the “deep dive” work of the soul changes the world. And, that work requires accountability and authenticity.

Salmans understands that as humans we want to run away from discomfort and disconnect from pain. Having gone through his own “soul death”, he helps us to recognize that “the pain you’re feeling is a reflection of the love you have to share.” While it might sound like serious business, and it is, Salmans also reminds us how important it is to play, laugh, and embrace our mistakes.
