Creativity’s Grace

Mansi Bhatia grew up in a home where intelligence and ambition were celebrated—as long as they fit within a certain mold. The path was clear: doctor, engineer, or lawyer.
In keeping with these options, but also honoring her innate writing talent, Mansi chose healthcare journalism. It was a good career and, by all metrics, a successful life.
Motherhood changed everything. Raising a child with multiple severe allergies was all-consuming and isolating. The life she had built no longer fit. Then, one day, a happy accident led her back to something she had long buried: creativity.
Ever since then, Mansi has celebrated the unexpected gifts that procrastination can bring, the power of slowing down and the contentment that comes from giving herself the permission to play.
By embracing momentary opportunities during the busyness of the day, she has uncovered the tools that allow her own creativity to blossom.
She has tuned into that inner silence and generational wisdom we all carry inherently. Through that process, she has developed simple but powerful techniques to help women shed the weight of constraints, limitations, and expectations — whether imposed by society or themselves.
She advises us to throw out limiting societal labels and remember the 3-year-old within who embraces creativity simply as part of our natural state of being. These techniques are meant to banish the self-doubt that keep us fearful and hesitant. When we reclaim our natural creativity, in whatever form that may take, we don’t just reconnect with ourselves more deeply, we create ripples that touch everyone around us.
