Born and raised Colorado girl, I now consider Arizona my new home. Spending quality time with my family, friends, and in nature, along with exploring the magic and mystery of life fills my cup!
I’ve had the opportunity to work with small companies (started as an accountant early in my career until transitioning into recruiting), Fortune 100 companies, and started several companies (primarily recruitment-related). However, my most satisfying and challenging work has been as an entrepreneur.
In addition, after conducting hundreds of interviews with those transitioning careers and sharing numerous podcast interviews with individuals who successfully reinvented themselves, I made valuable discoveries about reinvention that I want to share.
My varied experience across several industries (mining, aerospace, oil and gas, manufacturing, and construction) has helped me gain the business acumen, leadership skills, and insights needed so that I can, in turn, help others.
Becoming an entrepreneur was a scary but intriguing option when I knew I needed to make a change in my professional life. I’d felt a lot of angst and a lack of joy trying to fit into jobs and careers that didn’t align with me. I wanted something more fulfilling. I let go of the accounting hat, long hours tied to a desk, and most importantly, those limiting beliefs around success and money. It was time to pursue my curiosity and intuition.
When I found the courage to take a leap of faith, I made a huge discovery. Upon following my intuition, magical doors of assistance appeared. These doors opened up my heart and path to unexpected joy, a greater sense of peace, and a deepened understanding of myself.

So many of us are caught up in external expectations, measuring our self-worth against others’ standards that were never intended for us. Often, we can be our own worst enemies, and it doesn’t feel good to be critical of ourselves.
As we gain greater trust in our internal guidance and connect with spirit, we begin to see ourselves through a new LENZ and no longer worry about overcoming our imperfections or how we are being perceived.
I discovered that one of my purposes is to help others find that set of skills that are uniquely their own, learn how to silence their inner critic, and reconnect with their joy, magnificence, creativity, purpose, and higher self or Spirit.
When you connect to this divine intelligence and your soul’s wisdom, life flows with more ease, joy, and authenticity.
When we allow ourselves to fully step into who we are and remember our magnificence, we create deeper and more meaningful connections not just with ourselves, but with the world around us.

- The launch of HS International, a boutique mining recruitment firm, placing technical, corporate, and leadership talent, including the C-Suite, globally, before being acquired in 2014.
- Became a Reiki Master over a decade ago.
- In 2021, co-authored “Inspiration at Work,” a Job Seeker’s Resource Guide to help job seekers align with a career that inspires.
- The achievement of becoming an Insights Discovery Practitioner in 2023. I help people understand themselves better as individuals and leaders. The transformative power of self-awareness isn’t just something that will help in business, it can be a game changer in our lives.
