A Legacy of Love: Dedication to Bev
This week’s podcast guest on A View Beyond the Ordinary is Brad Burchnell.
Brad shares how he navigated and is healing through a divorce, PTSD, anxiety, and the recovery from the suicide of his daughter in May of 2018. One of his therapists helped him look at his own trauma and attachment issues that he had been holding on to as a child and teenager. He also shares how working with a program called the Breath Framework™ has helped him learn not to bypass the pain steps, gain acceptance and provide clarity on his path. He speaks about how important it is to find a safe place to be vulnerable and authentic.
Brad’s story will open your heart and mind on how important our self-worth and self-love is! Please tune in to hear more about his incredible transformational journey and find out what other treasures he uncovered within himself.
